After the inspection is complete you and your client will receive an email from me with a direct link to my report on the Spectora website. The webpage is fully interactive, and easy to understand functionality. On the page you can download either a full report or a summary report of the inspection.

Below you can see buttons that will take you to PDF versions of what both the full report and the summary report would look like. I’ve also attached a link that will take you to the Spectora interface so you can get an idea of what the process would look like when you receive a home inspection report from Potts Home Inspections, LLC.
